An odourless, flavourless, plant-based alternative to gelatin. Try in raw desserts or as an egg replacement.
Directions: Add 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid (some experimentation may be required for desired consistency). Heat to 90 degrees and stir until dissolved (dont boil excessively). Will expand upon re-hydrating and set at room temperature.
Ingredients: Agar dried sea vegetable (Gracilaria verrucosa) extract 100%
